Sow Farm Service Manager | 母猪场服务经理

This position will be responsible for the implementation and communication of the PIC® Sow Farm Management Program that enables the sustainable performance improvement in all PIC® farms.

● A 4-year university degree (BS or above) in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine or related field.

● Minimum of 5 years’ experience with large intensive swine production systems in a managerial role and/or servicing sow farms.

至少5年大规模集约化养猪体系的管理岗或者母猪场服务类岗位经验。

● At least three years of work experience in breeding stock selection and determination.

● Responsible, team player, strong execution and good communication.

● Assist in the implementation of PIC® breeding stock determination procedures and selection criteria to ensure that the quality of breeding stock remains excellent.

协助PIC®种猪测定程序和选种标准的执行，确保种猪质量保持优秀。

● Assist in the selection of important pig orders to ensure successful delivery of high-quality breeding stock.

● Support farm production audits and assisting in resolving production issues especially those that impact selection and product quality.

● Service summary reports are sent in timely to provide feedback on issues, drive resolution and follow up.

该岗位负责农场外围事务的管理，根据农场生产的需求组织管理好洗消中心、猪只中转中心、物资中转中心、实验室、猪只及饲料运输、外围关系管理等，确保为农场提供安全的生物安全环境及高质量的服务。

● Junior college education background or above.

● Ensure the service centers to provide daily services for the farm, like truck wash and disinfection, BP transfer, materials disinfection, sample detection etc.

确保农场外围的各服务中心为农场做好日常服务工作，如进场车辆洗消，副产品转运，进场物资消毒，样品检测等。

● Provide support and services for the operation and management of farm, breeders transportation, and BP transportation.

为农场的运营管理、种猪运输、副产品运输等工作提供支持和服务。

● Maintain the biosecurity environment around the farm, such as regular inspection of the surrounding breeding environment, handling the backyard farms, and reducing the risk after bio-security incidents such as the street market and slaughtering pigs.

维护好农场周边的生物安全环境，如定期巡查周边养殖环境，村民家庭农场关系的处理，集市、杀猪等生物安全事件后的风险减除等。

● Responsible for production safety and personnel health and safety in the area outside the farm.

负责农场外围所管辖区域的生产安全及人员健康安全。

● Responsible for training and manage HR items outside the farm.

负责农场外围工作人员的人力资源培训及管理。

● Responsible for budget planning and implementation and Capex procurement outside the farm.

负责农场外围所管辖区域的财务预算制定及实施以及固定资产的采购。
